This organisation was established on April 08, 2021. It has been built on the expertise of four psychologists who were trained under proper supervision. We, as a team are trying to bring together all mental health services under one spectrum to make it easy and accessible. Because every living being is worthy and deserves to be happy!

FOUNDERS

Ms. Parkavi KG

Psychologist / co-founder

Currently posted as the District Child Protection Officer in the department of Social Defence, Govt of Tamilnadu; and a former Assistant Professor (UGC NET qualified). A vibrant young graduate of University of Madras and an alumni of Womens Christian College, who is passionate in Teaching and in Mental Health Advocacy. A social service enthusiast and a determined person with high level exposure with various government (psychology) institutions. A Lifetime member in Counsellor Council of India (CCI) and a Certified Special Educator.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Practitioner with experience in working among Young Adults (Age 18-35) and children with Learning Disabilities. Area of Interest: Depression, Anxiety, Corporates (Counselling/Life Skills Training), Facilitating webinars.

Ms. Caren Zebuline

Counselling Psychologist - UGC NET (Psychology) Qualified

A passionate and creative person, graduated from University of Madras and an alumni of Women's Christian College. Previously worked as an intern at Institute of Mental Health, Mind Zone, Srishti special school, Observation Home and Schieffelin Institute of Health Research and Leprosy center. A social service enthusiast. Experienced in Art therapy and Counselling.

Counselling Psychologist and Psycho Oncologist

Energetic and open-minded person, passionate in learning and decoding psychology. Proactive and vibrant public speaker. Previously worked as an intern at various institutions like Fortis Healthcare, Institute of Mental health, Govt. Observation Home and Srishti Special School. A Lifetime member in Counsellor Council of India (CCI)

Experienced in dealing with young adults and Adults involved in Marital and Pre-marital relationships. Areas of interest lies in working with Trauma clients, Corporate professionals and children with special needs.

HR Consultant & Counselling Psychologist

Currently working as an HR Consultant in Gislen Software.

An enthusiastic learner, exploring and examining psychology in different fields, who has hands-on experience with different NGOs. Her expertise is in personality development and human resource management.
